“Can I bring my child with me during my appointment?”

Due to insurance restrictions and health and safety concerns, children under the age of 10 are allowed only in the waiting area and must be accompanied by an adult NOT receiving services.

Children 10 and above may be scheduled for services and may quietly remain in the waiting area while a parent or guardian receives services.

“Do you accept walk-ins?”

Yes! If we are able to accommodate your service, we will gladly accept walk-ins. However, we recommend booking an appointment to secure your spot. The salons are both busy, especially on weekends, and we want to make sure we can see you!

 

“Can I cancel my appointment?”

NO. Totally kidding. We get it, life happens! Should you need to cancel your appointment, please call the salon at least 24 hours in advance during the week and 48 hours in advance Friday through Sunday

“Can I book an appointment online?”

You can book appointments from our website by clicking on the top left button that says “Book Online”. Please keep in mind only haircuts, waxing, and shampoo blowdry services can be booked this way. All color services need to be booked over the phone or with your stylist when you’re in the salon.
